RESOLUTION NO. 2016-001
THAT THE CHIEF OF POLICE, GREG DEPEW IS HEARBY AUTHORIZED TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR THE TML POOL 2015-2016 PROPERTY CONSERVATION MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM. THAT THIS RESOLUTION SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE FROM AND AFTER ITS FINAL PASSAGE THE PUBLIC WELFARE REQUIRING IT.
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-002
AUTHORIZING THE RETROACTIVE EXTENSION AND PAYMENT OF THE TOWN OF BLUFF CITY WATER AND SEWER INTERFUND LOAN CAPITAL OUTLAY EXTENSION NOTES, SERIES 2014 NOT TO EXCEED $133, 334.

   
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-003
WHEREAS, THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN RECOGNIZE THAT TRANSFERS FROM THE DEBT SERVICE FUND TO THE WATER AND SEWER FUND WHERE MISCLASSIFIED AS INTERFUND LOANS RATHER THAN TRANSFERS.
   
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-004
WHEREAS, THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN DEEM IT NECESSARY TO MAKE THE INTER-FUND TRANSFERS IN THE GENERAL FUND, WATER/SEWER FUND AND SANITATION FUND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2016.
   
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-005
THAT BOONE LAKE ASSOCIATION HAS RECEIVED FROM THE TOWN OF BLUFF CITY THE SUM OF $500.00 TO BE USED FOR OPERATING EXPENSES. IT APPEARING TO THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN THAT BOONE LAKE ASSOCIATION HAS MET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED 6-54-111 AND RESOLUTION 2000-008.
   
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-006
THAT HOLSTON RIVER CLEANUP HAS RECEIVED FROM THE TOWN OF BLUFF CITY THE SUM OF $500.00 TO BE USED FOR OPERATING EXPENSES. IT APPEARING TO THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN THAT HOLSTON RIVER CLEANUP HAS MET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED 6-54-111 AND RESOLUTION 2000-008.
   
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-007
THAT BLUFF CITY VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT HAS RECEIVED FROM THE TOWN OF BLUFF CITY THE SUM OF $10,000.00 TO BE USED FOR OPERATING EXPENSES. IT APPEARING TO THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN THAT BLUFF CITY VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT HAS MET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED 6-54-111 AND RESOLUTION 2000-008.
   
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-008
THAT PINEY FLATS VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT HAS RECEIVED FROM THE TOWN OF BLUFF CITY THE SUM OF $3,000.00 TO BE USED FOR OPERATING EXPENSES. IT APPEARING TO THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN THAT PINEY FLATS VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT HAS MET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED 6-54-111 AND RESOLUTION 2000-008.
   
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-009
THAT BLUFF CITY SENIOR CITIZEN, INC. HAS RECEIVED FROM THE TOWN OF BLUFF CITY THE SUM OF $1,000.00 TO BE USED FOR OPERATING EXPENSES. IT APPEARING TO THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN THAT BLUFF CITY SENIOR CITIZEN CEENTER, INC. HAS MET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED 6-54-111 AND RESOLUTION 2000-008.
   
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-010
THAT SECOND HARVEST FOOD BANK HAS RECEIVED FROM THE TOWN OF BLUFF CITY THE SUM OF $500.00 TO BE USED FOR OPERATING EXPENSES. IT APPEARING TO THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN THAT SECOND HARVEST FOOD BANK HAS MET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED 6-54-111 AND RESOLUTION 2000-008.
   
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-011
THAT THOMAS MERMORIAL PUBLIC LIBRARY HAS RECEIVED FROM THE TOWN OF BLUFF CITY THE SUM OF $5,000.00 TO BE USED FOR OPERATING EXPENSES. IT APPEARING TO THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN THAT THOMAS MEMORIAL PUBLIC LIBRARY HAS MET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED 6-54-111 AND RESOLUTION 2000-008.
   
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-012
THAT BLUFF CITY COMMUNITY AID HAS RECEIVED FROM THE TOWN OF BLUFF CITY THE SUM OF $1,100.00 TO BE USED FOR OPERATING EXPENSES. IT APPEARING TO THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN THAT BLUFF CITY COMMUNITY AID HAS MET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED 6-54-111 AND RESOLUTION 2000-008.
   
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-013
THAT BLUFF CITY RESCUE SQUAD HAS RECEIVED FROM THE TOWN OF BLUFF CITY THE SUM OF $5,000.00 TO BE USED FOR OPERATING EXPENSES. IT APPEARING TO THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN THAT BLUF CITY RESCUE SQUAD HAS MET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED 6-54-111 AND RESOLUTION 2000-008.

THAT CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTER OF SULLIVAN COUNTY HAS RECEIVED FROM THE TOWN OF BLUFF CITY THE SUM OF $1,000.00 TO BE USED FOR OPERATING EXPENSES. IT APPEARING TO THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN THAT CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTER OF SULLIVAN COUNTY HAS MET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED 6-54-111 AND RESOLUTION 2000-008.

THAT BLUFF CITY BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB HAS RECEIVED FROM THE TOWN OF BLUFF CITY THE SUM OF $1,000.00 TO BE USED FOR OPERATING EXPENSES. IT APPEARING TO THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND ALDERMEN THAT BLUFF CITY BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB HAS MET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED 6-54-111 AND RESOLUTION 2000-008.
